Yes. All of our wheels are delivered brand new.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
Yes. We only ship to the continental United States
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping fees vary by shipping address location. We use UPS or USPS to ship. You will see shipping rates at checkout.
Can I get a discount by purchasing in bulk?
Yes. You can receive a bulk discount if you purchase over the requirement for each wheel. Bulk order discounts require an order of over 500 wheels.
How do you ship bulk orders?
Bulk orders will be shipped by truck with the most cost effective transportation company or by your preferred company.
When will I get my products?
We do our best to ship within 24-48 hours upon receiving payment. You can expect to receive your order within 3-5 days after receiving your order. Please allow extra shipping time if ordering after hours or on the weekend.

These wheels have a 5/16″ axle and typically fit most standard U.S. carts.

If products are defective, they may be returned with refund or exchange. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving products and we will take care of the issue quickly and easily.
What is the product warranty?
There is a 1 year manufacturers warranty on all wheels.
